I see the relationships and connections you are trying to make between the words, connecting antonyms on the inner rings, but the color choices here are just not that great.
As for the word, it would look better if they curved along with the circle. You can do this by writing on a circle path in illustrator. Create a circle, the choose the Text on path tool. Click on the cirle and you can type on its path.
